Dependability is a quality of integrity, fidelity and purity. It implies one’s reliability without an iota of disappointment or regret on the part of the person who invests trust in you because you always promote their interest.
Being dependable comes at a high cost
and consciousness of pleasing God and one’s spouse to ensure that one does not
involve him/herself in any conscience- defiling activity or things that are
difficult to explain. Couples living with little or no thought for God and
their spouses are always not dependable.
Dependable is that husband / wife who
is tested, true and thus trusted in all manner of character, conduct,
conviction and judgement. Until a spouse is truly and thoroughly examined, he/
she cannot be said to be dependable basically because man’s flaws, frailties
and fallen nature are not always obvious under favorable conditions. In other
words, dependability is earned or merited, thus it is also known as
trustworthiness.
